My husband and I adopted "pizza" and "banana", since been named Pergo and Nala, over 5 years ago. Jake, my husband, told me he was allergic to cats so I made him prove it by helping out at the SCHS a couple of times. In the end, we fell in love with these two adorable kittens that were found together and in the end we adopted. Jake is somewhat allergic but there is no way he could ever give them up. They are just too cute and provide way too much excitement in the house. Pergo loves to be at every meal (he is orange and white) and Nala is in bed 22 of 24 hours every day!

Just before Christmas Jeremy and I found out about a Rat Terrier at the Humane Society. As you know, we already have a rat terrier - Marty. We went to go look at Nemo at the humane society, and fell in love, and we were able to take him home that day. The first picture is of Nemo, the last 3 are of Marty & Nemo. Nemo is about twice the size of Marty! (13 lbs vs 25 lbs) They have so much fun playing/fighting, they are getting along great!
